The Company is now recruiting for "Operation Management" positions. Individuals with certain management skills and relevant experience could apply. Positions Available: 1. Manager for Administrative Operations for Corporate offices and Dental Centers Manager would be assigned different type of projects related to corporate business development and its current challenges regarding insurance field of business and dental clinics. 2. Regional Manager for Dental Centers Regional Mangers are responsible for a group of dental clinics in a certain demographic area. They need to analyze dental centers operation and their production. Different projects related to challenges and future developments of dental centers need to be fulfilled. 3. Marketing Manager for Dental Centers Marketing Manager for dental centers would closely analyze data related to market share potential market growth and demography in order to evaluate development of dental clinics. Positions Requirements: Work Experience Required : At least 3 Years of management experience Leadership skills: Group leadership experience Team development skills and Organizational skills Proven ability to work effectively with people at varying levels Reporting and Presentation Skills: Develop communicate and execute project plans Strong oral written and presentation communication in English High level analytical skills including the ability to do data analysis (a high level of skill in Excel is a plus). Ability to present information in an effective manner Financial and Analytical Skills: Calculate figures and amounts such as expense variances trends and forecasting.
