Content Inside: Basic Negotiation Skills Date: 20 th Feb 2007 Time: 9am 4.30pm Venue: The Whitehall Grange Hotel Russell Square London Trainer: Peter Noreiko Cost: 135 + VAT Course Overview This programme is for staff that have little experience in negotiation but occasionally find themselves in having to negotiate with suppliers in order to obtain better value or protect a position. It gives delegate confidence to enter into a negotiation and know the processes involved. It is a very practical course and gives delegates the opportunity to use their own situation and experiences to develop creative solutions. Course Content The programme is carried out in a risk free environment thus encouraging delegates to engage and share experiences. Various training methods are used including discussion group sessions and some case studies. The trainer has wide practical experience of University purchasing and procurement.
