Content Inside: WHAT DO YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY? A stand display area for each sector where students can speak to your representatives throughout the evening. A talks programme of two streams to cover both sectors, Investment Banking and Management Consulting. Choose your level of participation from three options: Option A - Sponsor: one company from each sector. Price includes: â€¢ â€˜Overview of the Industryâ€™ presentation to open the event â€¢ Company logo on: event brochure for students; all posters & flyers and on the event web publicity â€¢ Stand + 3 reps â€¢ Free membership of Employers Extra @ Bristol at Bronze level â€¢ There will also be an option for you to provide T-shirts for the student helpers to wear detailing your logo, as a way of raising your profile further. Option B - Question & Answer Panel: interactive discussion between students and representatives from five companies. Price includes: â€¢ One representative on the panel - a recent graduate or a more experienced member of staff â€¢ Stand + 3 reps Option C â€“ Stand only: Price includes stand + 3 reps Options A & B and the two sponsors will be allocated on a first come basis. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US Once you have faxed or emailed your booking form to us, you will receive: â€¢ Confirmation of your booking by email or post â€¢ A request for your vacancy information, online advert and student brochure entry (deadline as above) Two months before the event, you will receive: â€¢ An invoice for the cost of your stand space and refreshments for the provisional number of representatives you have booked. One month before the event, you will receive: â€¢ A request for names of Q & A panel participants, where relevant. â€¢ An exhibitor pack with further details about the event, maps, directions, instructions for car parking etc. After the event you will receive an invoice for any additional costs incurred ...
