Content Inside: 8 SERVING DATA TO THE PUBLIC As CIMS matures the intent is to have the deliverables created and maintained by the data originator and the information made available to the public from the grantee's institution through an Internet server as part of the distributed system.  This can be achieved by the grantee preparing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to share its data.  Contact the chair of the Information Management Subcommittee for more information on MOAs.  For those grantees who are not able to serve its own data the CBP maintains a Data Center at its office in Annapolis Maryland.  The Data Center provides data management and technical support to program participants.  Deliverables that need to be received and stored at the Data Center will require the grantee to make arrangements for the acceptance of an electronic format of the data such as FTP transport diskettes or CD-ROMs. WHAT'S REQUIRED (continued) 15.
