Nattapak Masamran Suan Dusit Rajabhat University Thailand Abstract The objective of this research is to study the overview of market and competition in security service industry in order to understand the impact of hyper competition selfishness and the managements decision on the business operations with ethics and code of ethics. In addition this research aims to study the impact on hyper competition to study the guideline on the effort of business management of security service firms to be standardized qualified and efficient as well as to determine the management model with business ethics professional code of ethics in the security service industry. Data being used in this descriptive research are gathered from interview observation and answering open-ended questions from 3 sampling groups: 1) security service firms including large medium and small companies; 2) orgarnizations who employ security guards; and 3) government and private officials relating to establishment policy and regulations which encourages prevents protects controls and supervise the business of security service industry. The data gathered from interview and response of open-ended questions are summarized in the form of questions for brainstorming workshop establishment in order to clearly acknowledge the actual demand of each group. In addition the data are summarized in the form of business development with ethics and code of ethics under hyper competition in order to apply in the business of security service industry to be standardized quality and efficient.
