For the first time this project will be carried out in Varna universities with Transport/Logistics and Management as pilot classes. They will be held in March-April and will follow the rules of the mother project with slight differences in duration and number of participants. Classes on the topics of pharmacy IT and tourism and hostility are planned for next semes- ter. Classes aim at helping the local businesses find active and highly qualified young people as potential employees and trainees. Four universities are willing to host the BBLF initiative - the Technical University the University of Economy the Free Varna University and the Medical Academy. The Business Master Classes now have their sister proj- ect-the BBLF Business Hour initiative. It aims at estab- lishing a continuous connection between the business professionals and high school students. ThepilotBusinessHourwillrunintoseveralprof ession- ally specialized high schools in Sofia. Mid-level man- agers will meet students to inform them on the latest development of each business sector and offer quality advice on their future development. This course could helpteenagers increase theirself-confidenceand practi- cal knowledge at the very beginning of their career and form a better professional orientation. TheBusiness Hour project is part of the ENGAGE initia- tive of the International Business Leaders Forum. It will be conducted in close partnership with Junior Achievement Bulgaria and the management of interest- ed schools.
